Well I am working on my first fanfiction, It's gonna be a g5 fanfic, was going to write some g4 and g3 fanfic first but I didn't know how to start them so I decided to work on this one first, but after I finish this I will get the others out, though I don't know when it will happen don't worry.

One of the big factors in why my writing on more serious works has massively slowed down over these past several years is that I at some point just kinda... *inverted* my writing process, in a sense.

I used to write almost exclusively by the seat of my pants, giving little to no care about any sort of underlying plan or even consistency from one chapter to another.

i've mentioned it before, but the gap between now and Nightmare Night is killing me, its all original story that i haven't been carefully planning for years now (save for one scene) and i can't help but feel insecure about it.

i still have a couple of crucial scenes to write on the latest chapter of Family Tree, and it's already at over 8,000 words. i know that's not all that long in retrospect, but the average FT chapter is usually around 5k so it feels very wordy to me.

Especially since I feel the halloween spirit in the air so early.
